Digital Life International is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of its users. The purpose of this Digital Life International privacy policy is to inform you of the types of information we may gather about you when you are using Digital Life International's mobile software: Boat Browser, Boat Browser Mini (Hereinafter reffered to as "Boat Software") and associated Services ("Boat Services").

BY USING THE BOAT SOFTWARE, YOU CONSENT TO THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY.

This policy applies only to Digital Life International, and not to other companies' or organizations' websites to which we link or to other products that may be distributed with the browser. You should carefully review the privacy policy of these other sites and products.

Digital Life International's products and services are not intended for use by individuals under the age of thirteen (13), and we request that such individuals do not provide Personal Information through Boat Software.

If Digital Life International makes a change to this privacy policy we believe materially reduces your rights, we will provide you with notice (for example, by email). Digital Life may provide notice of changes in other circumstances as well. Boat Software has the ability to gather certain information concerning your Device but it will only send this information to us if you chose to send it. If you choose to provide feedback to us, this data will be sent to the Boat Software team who will use the information for such purposes as diagnosing performance issues, improving the reliability of the download and install process, and improving its products and services to users generally. This feedback information from the browser is sandboxed and is not tied to any other information about you that you may have provided through another service.


COOKIES.


Boat Software uses "cookies" to collect information and improve our Services. A cookie is a small data file that a Digital Life International application or service transfers to your Device. We may use "persistent cookies" to save your registration ID and login password for future logins to our Services. You can instruct your browser, by changing its options, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit. If you do not accept cookies, however, you may not be able to use all aspects of the Service.

In the course of using the Service, Boat Software may collect personal information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Information"). GEO-LOCATION INFORMATION


Some Devices allow applications to access real-time location-based information (for example, GPS). Our mobile apps do not collect such information as of the date this policy went into effect, but may do so in the future with your consent to improve our Services. We may use this information to optimize your experience. Also, some of the information we collect from a Device, for example IP address, can sometimes be used to approximate a Device's location.


ANALYTICS


Boat Software collects some information (ourselves or using third party services) using logging and cookies, which can sometimes be correlated with Personal Information. We use this information for the above purposes and to monitor and analyze use of the Service, for the Service's technical administration, to increase our Service's functionality and ease of use, and to verify users have the authorization needed for the Service to process their requests. As of the date this policy went into effect, Boat Software uses Umeng Analytics.

YOUR USE


Through certain features of the Services, you may also have the ability to make some of your information public. Boat Software does not supply such features now, but we may open them in future.

We are not responsible for what those parties do with your information, so you should make sure you trust the application and that it has a privacy policy acceptable to you.
